Harvest: By hand with an accurate selection of the grape, from second decade of September.

Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel, 30% of the wine in French oak barrel for 8 months with frequently bàttonage. Short aging in bottle.

Sensory Notes: Bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections, intense aroma of flowers and almonds, on the palate is full-bodied with a good balance between the freshness and marine notes.

Recommended Pairing: Interesting pairing with regional dishes basede on cheeses and San Daniele ham. Well paired also with fish dishes.

Serving temperature: 11° – 12° C (52° – 53° F)

Density: 5000 vines/ha

Age of the Vines: 30-50 years

Yield per Hectare: 60 quintals

Harvest: By hand with careful selection of the bunches, mid-September.

Vinification: Fermentation in steel, maturation in steel with frequent bàtonnage for 8 months. Brief refinement in bottle.

Sensory Notes: Bright straw yellow color with golden reflections, the aroma is intense with delicate floral and citrus scents, embellished on the finish by notes of freshness. On the palate there is a beautiful freshness and intense saline minerality. Long and persistent finish.

Recommended Pairing: It pairs well with a wide variety of fish dishes, especially risottos but the structure also allows for an excellent pairing with white meat-based main courses.
