The winemaking process is an art that requires skill and dedication. Grapes, carefully selected from our vineyards, are transported to the cellar to begin the magic of winemaking. The grapes are gently pressed here to extract the juice, which then ferments slowly in stainless steel tanks or wooden barrels, following traditions and desires for the wine’s characteristics.
